RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please print and include your RETURN FORM in your package. and return your items within Ten days of the original shipment date of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package. 

** WHERE TO FIND RETURN FORMS **

  • -Log in to your account.
  • -Go to your MY ACCOUNT page.
  • -Click on ORDER HISTORY and click VIEW DETAILS next to the order number.
  • -Find the item on your list that you’d like to return and click on the PRINTER ICON.
  • -The return form should pop up (please make sure your pop up blocker is disabled for this to show).
  • -Send us the return form along with your returning item after specifying what actions you would like completed.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.

* IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US, please e-mail your request to customerservice@lacewigglue.com for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without valid RA# will not be given credit. Instead of the Return form, please include a copy of your invoice in the package and indicate which items you’d like returned or exchanged.


RETURN PROCESSING   Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on SALE.

EXPRESS EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE ORDERS*
Since many of our items sell out very fast, we offer express exchanges to ensure we still have your item and size in stock. Exchange requests are only valid for the exact same item(s) or of the equal price. Items must be returned within Ten days of the original shipment date and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process.
Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received. If you have any questions about our exchanges and return policies, please contact us.

EXCHANGE VIA WEBSITE

1. If you want it replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.

2. And send the package (item(s)) back to us with RA# to address that show on the top.
3. Once we received your return package we will refund your money back for item(s) that you sent back to us.
4. Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.
5. All goods will be inspected on return.
6. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
7. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
8. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

9. Please note: If we receive an exchange request through mail, without the customer placing a new order, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the re-shipment fee. Once the re-shipment fee is paid, we will ship out your new order.

EXCHANGE VIA WEBSITE (DAMAGED & WRONG ITEMS)

1. Place a new order online.
2. Contact Customer Care.
3. Please reference your old and new order number.
4. Customer Care will waive the shipping fee on your new order.
