I have noticed while there are many eye cream products out there to choose from, most are heavy and much more suitable and reared toward a night time use, so I wanted to find something that would be light and able to be used quickly and easily, and would work not only under makeup but could be used with makeup, and lastly, something that would of course actually work. This product exceeded my expectations
